Role Overview

• Receipt and invoice scanning using cloud accounting software

• Processing bookkeeping records using Xero

• Setting up and maintaining bank feeds

• Reconciling bank accounts and client records

• Assisting with preparation of year-end accounts

• Supporting managers with client accounting and administrative work

• Assisting with VAT return preparation

• Maintaining accurate digital records and files

• Communicating professionally with clients by telephone and email

Training to be Provided

You will work towards the Assistant Accountant apprenticeship standard, with training delivered by Solveway alongside your role.
