Your Technology Stack

Training Built Around Your Tools

Every organisation operates differently. Whether your team runs on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, we tailor the apprenticeship to the AI tools your learners already use so skills transfer directly into their day to day work from the very first session.

Microsoft Environment

Microsoft Copilot

AI assistant embedded across Microsoft 365 that automates drafting, data analysis and meeting actions for your team.

Azure AI Services

Enterprise AI capabilities including document intelligence, language models and computer vision for business applications.

Power Platform

Low code automation suite combining Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI for complete business process transformation.

Google Environment

Gemini for Workspace

AI assistant integrated into Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Slides that transforms everyday productivity workflows across your organisation.

NotebookLM

AI research tool that synthesises documents, generates summaries and acts as a personalised knowledge assistant for your teams.

Google AI Studio

Prototyping environment for building with Gemini models, ideal for testing prompts, fine tuning and deploying AI solutions at scale.

Use a mix of both? No problem. Our trainers deliver across both ecosystems and will build a blended learning plan that reflects the tools your teams actually work with every day.

The Commitment

How It Works

A structured programme built around your business, not separate from it.

Learners attend bi-weekly instructor-led sessions, then apply their learning to real business challenges, building apprenticeship evidence naturally through their day-to-day work.

1

Onboarding & Business Alignment

We assess each learner’s starting point and align the programme to your organisation’s priorities, so every project is relevant from day one.

2

Bi-Weekly Training Sessions

Instructor-led sessions of 3.5 hours, delivered every two weeks. Each session introduces new knowledge and practical techniques the learner applies immediately.

3

Workplace Implementation

Between sessions, learners apply what they have learned to real business challenges: building automations, improving processes and solving operational problems.

4

1-to-1 Progress Coaching

Regular coaching sessions support implementation, help overcome blockers and ensure apprenticeship evidence is captured naturally through day-to-day work.

5

Quarterly Employer Reviews

Structured reviews with you to demonstrate progress, share project outcomes and adjust priorities based on what the business needs most.

6

End-Point Assessment (EPA)

An independent assessment confirming the learner’s competence, resulting in a nationally recognised qualification.
