Role Overview

  • Assist with the collection, sourcing, and validation of data from multiple systems.
  • Prepare, clean, and format data to ensure readiness for analysis.
  • Support basic data analysis and perform quality checks.
  • Help produce simple reports, charts, or visualisations to effectively communicate findings.
  • Support the secure storage and management of data in line with company policies and regulations.
  • Communicate data findings clearly to colleagues and internal users.

Training to be Provided

As part of this Level 3 Data Technician apprenticeship, you will receive comprehensive training including:

  • Structured off-the-job training delivered by Solveway Apprenticeships.
  • Support to compile portfolio evidence linked to your workplace activities.
  • Regular progress reviews to track your development.
  • Guidance from a designated workplace mentor.
  • Preparation for successful completion of your End Point Assessment.
  • The employer will provide appropriate workplace tasks to develop competence in data handling, analysis, presentation, and professional behaviours.
