Role Overview

  • Process purchase invoices, sales invoices, and credit notes.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and cash postings.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and expense processing.
  • Help to resolve supplier and customer queries.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
  • Perform data entry and update accounting systems.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks within the finance team.

Training to be Provided

You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced finance professionals. We provide full study support towards a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., AAT), ensuring you gain both practical skills and theoretical knowledge essential for a successful career in accounting.
