IT Support Apprentice
Role Overview
- Provide first-line support for hardware and software, including desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, audio-visual equipment, and networking equipment.
- Respond to reported issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure all client equipment is ready for use and fully updated.
- Record all support activity accurately on our helpdesk system.
- Keep customers informed of actions taken and progress.
- Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with all clients.
- Work collaboratively under the direction of experienced Medhurst staff members.
Training to be Provided
As an Information Communication Technician Apprentice, you will receive comprehensive training designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for a successful IT career.
