Role Overview

  • Assist and support the Business Systems Officer with the day-to-day IT operations.
  • Help staff with their use and development of IT systems.
  • Liaise with third-party IT suppliers and support providers to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Provide help to ensure IT systems remain secure and resilient.
  • Work as part of the Resident Experience Team to improve IT systems across the business.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to understand business requirements and implement technology solutions.
  • Assist in ensuring the safety and security of systems and data, including backups and recovery testing.
  • Guide and help staff make the best use of technology and facilitate training.
  • Assist in providing first-line IT support to all staff.
  • Adhere to the Association’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all working practices.
  • Observe the Value for Money Strategy within the scope of this role.

Training to be Provided

This apprenticeship will provide comprehensive training to develop your skills as an Information Communication Technician. You will receive structured off-the-job training, mentorship, and support to achieve your apprenticeship standard, gaining valuable qualifications and practical experience.
