Role Overview

  • Liaise effectively with clients, mortgage advisers, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents.
  • Ensure accurate data input and maintain meticulous records.
  • Provide comprehensive support to mortgage consultants on various cases.
  • Review cases against compliance guidelines at the sign-up stage.
  • Process new applications efficiently for lenders and underwriters.
  • Distribute mortgage offers and track cases through to completion.
  • Claim procuration fees and manage client invoicing.
  • Perform general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, and managing correspondence.
  • Arrange and schedule meetings as required.
  • Manage the reception area and welcome visitors.
  • Handle inbound phone calls, transfer as necessary, and relay messages.
  • Manage outgoing post and record special deliveries.
  • Adhere strictly to FCA regulations and company policies, including Data Protection, Financial Crime, and Treating Customers Fairly.

Training to be Provided

As a Mortgage Administrator Apprentice, you will receive comprehensive training to develop your skills and knowledge. This includes on-the-job mentoring from experienced professionals, alongside formal apprenticeship training.
